Scope of Work

1. Site Preparation &Foundation

●      Conducted site assessment andgrading to prepare for new construction.

●      Excavated and poured concretefoundation with proper reinforcement.

●      Installed moisture barriers andfoundation waterproofing.

2. Structural Framing& Roofing

●      Constructed a wood-framed 750 sq.ft. ADU per approved plans.

●      Installed high-quality exteriorsheathing and weatherproofing materials.

●      Built ceiling joists designed tosupport a second-floor living unit, providing structural integrity for futureexpansion.

●      Constructed a structurallyreinforced communal rooftop deck with access stairs.

3. Exterior Finishes

●      Applied durable exterior sidingand weather-resistant finishes.

●      Installed energy-efficient windowsand doors.

●      Completed roofing system, ensuringproper drainage and waterproofing.

4. Interior Construction

●      Built two bedrooms and twobathrooms with an optimized layout for space efficiency.
