This renovation project at 7802 Irvine Avenue focused on both interior and exterior upgrades to enhance the home's functionality and appearance. Inside, we repaired drywall seams, refreshed all walls, ceilings, and trim with a new coat of paint, and replaced outdated HVAC vent covers. The bathrooms received fresh caulking for improved waterproofing. Outside, the concrete porch areas were pressure-washed and repainted, while six exterior wall-mounted lights were replaced to improve both safety and curb appeal. These updates bring a fresh, modern feel to the home while ensuring long-term durability.

Scope of Work

1. Carpentry & HVAC

2. Interior Painting & Drywall Repairs

  • Repair an 8-foot section of drywall seam in the hall bathroom ceiling, including retaping, skimming, and sanding to prepare for painting.

  • Paint walls, ceilings, interior doors, and standard trim (up to 9' H) in the entire interior of the home (1,307 sq. ft.).
    
    
  • Includes replacing basic plastic covers for outlets and switches.

3. Exterior Work
